Now Hiring: Server Coach – Concorde Espresso Bar | Porters Neck
Concorde Espresso Bar is looking for an experienced Server Coach to help lead and develop our front-of-house team at our Porters Neck location.
Fair warning: this is not a sit-down job. You could easily hit 30,000 steps on a busy night! We’re looking for someone who enjoys being on the move, leading by example, and creating an incredible guest experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Coach and support the serving team during service
- Help train and develop new and existing servers
- Lead by example and set the standard for exceptional hospitality
- Help coordinate the dining room and guest experience
- Assist servers with questions, large parties, and busy periods
- Communicate with bartenders, kitchen, and management
- Help keep service running smoothly and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous serving experience required
- Leadership, captain, trainer, or coaching experience required
- Strong communication and hospitality skills
- Confident, positive, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and dependable
- Available nights, weekends, and holidays
Pay: Hourly tips
Average earnings: $25–$35/hour
