Job Title: NBA2k Esports Coach Description: Concorde Education is seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, and experienced esports professional to supervise all aspects of a school NBA2k esports program, including instruction, coaching, and managing of teams. Qualifications:Prior coaching, teaching, and/or counselor experienceExtensive knowledge of esports, including but not limited general strategies, team building, skill building, and competition strategiesExtensive experience and credentials in NBA2kKnowledge of middle and high school level esports rules and regulationsVideo editing for practice and match performance reviewStrong organizational skills, especially regarding practice planning and managing the logistics of tournaments and league developmentAbility to work collaboratively with studentsStrong written and verbal communications skillsMust be able to organize and facilitate multiple practices per week
