Concordance Healthcare Solutions has an exciting opportunity for a Chief Financial Officer in any Concordance location. The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) serves as a key member of the executive leadership team and is responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the organization. This role provides strategic financial direction, ensures strong fiscal management, and supports long-term organizational growth within the highly regulated medical supply distribution industry. The ideal candidate brings deep accounting expertise, strong operational insight, and a track record of driving financial performance in a distribution, logistics, or healthcare-related environment.
Essential Functions:
- Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy in alignment with organizational goals, growth initiatives, and market conditions.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and executive team to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, cash flow management, and long-term financial modeling.
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor operational and financial performance.
- Provide timely and accurate financial reporting to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Oversee all accounting functions, including general ledger management, month-end and year-end close, AP/AR, payroll, and fixed asset accounting.
- Ensure accuracy, transparency, and timeliness of financial reporting.
- Maintain compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, internal controls, and industry-specific regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with external auditors to manage annual audits and ensure adherence to standards.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls across all financial processes.
- Partner with Operations and Supply Chain leaders to monitor and optimize cost of goods sold (COGS), inventory levels, purchasing, and logistics.
- Develop pricing strategies, margin analysis, and cost-saving initiatives to support competitive positioning.
- Identify financial risks and opportunities across the distribution network and recommend corrective actions.
- Lead annual budgeting processes and drive financial discipline throughout the organization.
- Analyze business performance, develop KPI dashboards, and communicate results to leadership.
- Monitor department performance and identify variances, trends, and improvement opportunities.
- Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, and cash management activities.
- Oversee capital investments, equipment financing, and working capital optimization.
- Evaluate and recommend capital structure improvements and funding strategies.
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing finance and accounting teams.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, Finance, Human Resources, Legal and other departments including but not limited to Inventory and Procurement.
- Lead, mentor, and develop all teams that report to this position, to support high performance and continuous improvement.
- Promote a culture of accountability, accuracy, and operational support.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure all teams are a strategic partner across the organization.
- Travel required up to 10%.

What You will Need to be Successful:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant business experience, master’s degree preferred.
- 10-12 years of progressive Accounting or Finance Experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience successfully leading a team.
- CPA and Masters degree preferred.
- Proven working experience in leading and developing teams.
- Thorough knowledge of accounting and finance principles and procedures.
- Capable of conducting independent research.
- Experience in distribution, supply chain, logistics, medical supply, or healthcare industry strongly preferred.
- Deep knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, internal controls, and audit management.
- Proven ability to improve financial systems, processes, and operational efficiency.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced, competitive and at times stressful environment.
- Able to work cross functionally with departments such as Finance, Operations, HR, IT, Inventory, etc.
- Successfully pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check and drug screening.

Compensation: $200,000.00-$230,000.00 salaried.
