As the Royalties Coordinator , you will be responsible for assisting with the administration and processing of royalty statements, including creating statement headers, loading electronic files, and mapping titles to works in our publishing database. You will also handle client maintenance and reconciliation within the publishing system , in co-ordination with other Concord operations departments.

You will also handle client maintenance and reconciliation within the publishing system , in co-ordination with other Concord operations departments.
Responsibilities
What you’ll do:
- Ensure that all accounts are reconciled with finance department.
- Manag e client maintenance inquiries received from Finance and Client Services via JIRA workflow, including address updates, special handling notes, VAT, withholding tax, and financial transaction s.
- Research various royalty issues such as payments, transactions, withholding tax, statements, and respond to internal departments to assist with issue resolution .
- Manage W-9 and ACH information by updating client fields in the publishing system and liaising with the Finance department to ensure vendor account s are updated .
- Assist with the department quarterly closeout reviews.
- Print quarterly royalty statements.
- General r oyalty problem research & resolution, as assigned by supervisor .
- Gathering archived royalty statements as needed for various projects.
- Prepare data files for audit requests.
- Performs other duties and projects assigned by supervisor .
What you’ll need to succeed :
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience required.
- Minimum 1-year p revious royalties experience required . F amiliarity with Vistex iMaestro preferred.
- O rganized and detail oriented required .
- Excellent math skills required .
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel ( VLookup ; Pivot Tables).
- Ability to work and function in an open, shared-workspace environment (we’re onsite 2-3 days per week).
- Ability to interact in a professional manner with coworkers both within the department, and outside of the department.
- This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days minimum on-site.
