The KIDZ BOP video department oversees all KIDZ BOP music video shoots (usually about once a month) and creates and manages all video assets related to the brand (editing, overseeing freelancers, etc.) Most of our work involves creating videos for Youtube, Tiktok, and Instagram.
As the KIDZ BOP Video Production Intern, you will be exposed to the world of video production. You will experience firsthand the ins and outs of producing a video shoot. You will also be provided with creative opportunities and professional experience through editing videos for various digital platforms.
Our paid internship program will give you a unique opportunity to enhance your professional skillset, increase your knowledge of the industry, and expand your network. Our goal is to help you develop your talents as well as receive dedicated mentorship and support. Our fall Internship Program will run from Tuesday, September 24th - Friday, November 29th and allows interns to work up to a maximum of 20 hours per week. This internship is a paid in-person opportunity and requires the ability to work in the specified office location.
What you’ll do:
- Editing social media cutdowns of videos and occasional Youtube videos
- Organizing deliverables and backlogs of old videos
- Brainstorming creative for behind the scenes games and social media videos
- Creating itineraries for video shoots
- Assist in booking travel and planning for shoots
What you'll need :
- Strong analytic skillset
- Production experience (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of adobe premiere (required).
- This internship is a part-time paid internship and requires someone located in/near New York City.
- The timeline of this internship program runs from Tuesday, September 24th - Friday, November 29th, you must be able to work 20 hours/week.
The hourly rate for this position is $17.28
