We’re looking for a Relationship Manager to join our Abingdon headquarters. This role goes beyond client service, you’ll be a trusted partner to both our clients and advisors, serving as the advisor’s “right hand” in ensuring every relationship is managed with precision, care, and proactive support.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Partner with advisors as their key support in managing client relationships and service needs.
- Manage account servicing, including new account setup, transfers, maintenance, and money movement.
- Coordinate projects that improve office procedures and the client experience.
- Ensure all activities meet compliance and accuracy standards.
- Proactively identify and solve issues to exceed client expectations.
- Mentor and support team members by sharing best practices.
- Manage multiple priorities and projects with professionalism and quality control.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in financial services or banking (required).
- Strong understanding of client account processes (ACATs, distributions, money movement).
- Experience with custodians such as Schwab or Fidelity preferred.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-first mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.
