Qualifications
- Strong resident-focused skills, including Resident Retention and Customer Service, with the ability to build positive, long-term relationships.
- Experience with Leases and Lease Administration, including preparing, reviewing, and maintaining accurate lease documentation.
- Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain policies and processes clearly and professionally.
- Basic proficiency with property management or CRM software, and comfort working with email, spreadsheets, and digital records.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple prospects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with fair housing laws and ethical leasing practices, or willingness to learn and follow applicable regulations.
- Previous experience in residential leasing, real estate, or customer-facing roles is preferred but not strictly required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or relevant certifications in real estate or property management are a plus.
