We are seeking a motivated and dependable Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations, lead team members, and help drive store performance. This is a hands on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced retail environment and is looking to grow into a Store Manager position.

Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing day-to-day store operations in a high volume retail environment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, including product guidance and water care support.
- Supervise, train and motivate team members to meet performance expectations.
- Support inventory management, merchandising and restocking efforts.
- Handle opening /closing procedures, cash management, and store security.
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe store environment.
- Partner with Store Manager to achieve sales goal and drive revenue growth.
- Help manage seasonal workflow and ensure smooth operations during peak periods
Qualifications
- 2 years of retail or customer service experience(supervisor or keyholder experience preferred)
- Strong organizational, multitasking and problem solving skills
- Ability to lead by example and support a team in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn pool and spa products (training provided)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout shifts
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 – 50.0 per week
