We are looking for a Store Keyholder to join our team at our store in Marlton, NJ! Candidates should have strong communication skills and be interested in making customers feel welcome in our store. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role. Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied as customer service is our number one priority. This job does entail lifting up to 50lbs on a consistent basis and requires a strong passion for pets and pet products.
Responsibilities
- Greet and direct customers
- Check in and put away orders
- Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
- Cross-sell products
- Ensure racks are fully stocked
- Manage returns of merchandise
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services
- Create engaging displays
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.49 - $15.50 per hour
