Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the efficient functioning of Concord Nails & Spa. This on-site position is located in Salisbury, NC. Key responsibilities include staff supervision and scheduling, maintaining a positive client experience, ensuring facility cleanliness, managing inventory and supplies, and implementing effective business strategies to meet revenue goals. The Manager will also handle customer concerns, manage appointments, and ensure adherence to company policies.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills, including staff scheduling and performance management
- Customer service expertise with the ability to handle client inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
- Knowledge of inventory management, operational processes, and revenue goal setting

- Previous experience in the beauty or spa industry is a plus
