We’re looking for an Operations Administrative Coordinator who is not only strong with day‑to‑day office support, but also comfortable digging into spreadsheets, organizing data, and helping build clean, accurate reports. This role is perfect for someone who naturally pays attention to details and enjoys creating order out of moving parts.
Operations Administrative Coordinator Responsibilities
- Draft and prepare professional correspondence including meeting minutes, memos, summaries, and follow‑up notes
- Build and maintain reporting packages using Excel, Google Sheets, and Adobe—this includes organizing data, formatting spreadsheets, and assembling materials for leadership meetings
- Work with data and spreadsheets to support analytics, tracking, and operational reporting
- Coordinate schedules, travel, and meetings, both virtual and in‑person
- Prepare for client visits, including meal planning and assembling gift bags
- Run occasional off‑site errands when needed
- Support general office operations and help keep daily workflows on track
Operations Administrative Coordinator Qualifications
- Previous experience in administrative support or office operations
- Strong comfort level working with spreadsheets, data, and reporting
- Advanced Excel skills (formulas, formatting, sorting/filtering, charts, etc.)
- Experience with Google Workspace (G‑Suite)
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- A natural eye for details, accuracy, and organization
- Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing track of the small things
- Positive, team‑oriented attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
This position is onsite at our Lubbock, TX office.
