This role is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring quality, consistency, and service excellence, while fostering a positive and engaging environment for both guests and associates. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a passion for hospitality, proven experience in restaurant management, and the ability to drive team performance, guest satisfaction, and profitability. The annual salary range for this position is $51,770 - $64,712, plus bonus opportunities.

- Execute marketing initiatives, enhance guest experience, and identify revenue opportunities
- Maintain labor management and cost controls in line with financial objectives
- Experience in restaurant management, hospitality, or food and beverage operations
