As a Night Audit Supervisor at Concord Hospitality, you will oversee the nightly operations of the Front Office and Night Audit staff. Responsibilities
- Supervise night audit employees, including training, scheduling, and performance reviews.
- Reconcile and complete daily front desk work; run trial balance to post rooms and close the day.
- Generate accounts receivable and next-day reports for Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales, and Executive Office.
- Investigate service and safety issues, initiate incident reports, and monitor investigations to timely resolution.
- Check guests in and out, operate telephone lines, and assist with guest needs.
- Escort guests to rooms when feasible and provide courteous support throughout the shift.
- Carry out additional duties and reasonable management requests as assigned.
- Supervisory experience in front office or night audit operations preferred.
- Strong decision-making skills with knowledge of hotel policies and procedures.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Good telephone etiquette and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts.
