As a Room Attendant, you are at the heart of the guest experience—delivering clean, comfortable spaces that make every stay feel welcoming.
Responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms to brand and productivity standards.
- Perform full cleaning (beds, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, restocking amenities).
- Inspect rooms for quality and report maintenance issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked linen cart and workspace.
- Update room status and complete required reports.
- Follow key control, safety, and lost-and-found procedures.
- Respond to guest needs and support team operations as needed.
- Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and remain active throughout shift.
- Reliable, organized, and safety-focused.
- Basic communication and guest service skills.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
