Responsibilities
- Kitchen Prep / Culinary Prep - Assist the chefs with Prepping
- Ensure the cleanliness of all dishware by hand-washing and operating dishwashing equipment
- Safely and skillfully clean all service ware, cookware, and utensils, including polishing stainless and silverware
- Maintain safety in the kitchen by promptly clearing spills and keeping all surfaces clean
- Empty, wash, and return trash bins when over ¾ full
- Keep the dishwashing area organized and tidy
- Assist with special and deep cleaning projects
- Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience is helpful
