Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service to all customers
- Greet guests and accommodate all guest needs during events
- Communicate effectively with guests regarding menu questions
- Deliver food and beverages from staging areas to guests
- Assist fellow servers during peak periods to fulfill guest requests
- Learn and practice buffet, plated, and reception-style meal services (training provided) to RCGR standards
- Anticipate guest needs and monitor dining experiences to ensure satisfaction with food and service
- Set up, execute, and clean up events
- Perform side work to prepare for upcoming events
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior serving or hospitality experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
