What are the responsibilities and job description for the Prep Cook position at Concord Hospitality Brand?
We are hiring a Prep Cook!
Responsibilities:
Prepare food following Recipes.
Help to put away all order rotating using FIFO. Keeping the walk in clean and organized
Prepare Employee cafeteria meal for our employees.
Proper Documentation on all food containers with adherence to rotations per SOP
Practice safety standards at all times
Be proactive with ordering and pars, food preparations and equipment upkeep to eliminate service obstacles
