Are you looking for a flexible, fast-paced role where no two days are the same? Do you thrive in a team environment and enjoy being part of creating memorable events? We are currently hiring Banquet Set-Up Staff and Banquet Servers to join our hotel’s on-call and part-time team.
Whether you're looking for a second job or a way to break into the hospitality industry, this is a great opportunity — no prior experience is necessary. We’ll provide all the training you need!
What You’ll Do – Banquet Set-Up Staff

Set up and break down event spaces according to Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)

Ensure proper placement of furnishings, décor, equipment, and supplies
-
Maintain cleanliness and organization in all public and event areas throughout the event
-
Report maintenance or repair needs promptly and store items carefully when not in use
-
Support event flow and guest needs as required
What You’ll Do – Banquet Servers

Provide exceptional food and beverage service to guests during events
-
Follow event-specific service guidelines and timing
-
Maintain a polished, professional appearance and positive attitude
-
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event execution
Job Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs occasionally (set-up staff)

Must have full mobility and be able to stand or move for extended periods

Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules
