Summary
The Line Cook prepares high-quality food items while maintaining consistency, safety, sanitation, and cost control standards to ensure an excellent guest experience.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion standards, and guests' requests and dietary restrictions

Label, date, rotate, and store food products per SOP and food safety guidelines
- Follow all safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Properly portion items to control food costs and reduce waste

Check pars, complete prep work, and assist with line and buffet setup

Return unused food to proper storage, labeled and dated

Perform additional duties as assigned and follow Concord Hospitality policies
