We are hiring a Hotel Line Cook
Great Opportunity to bring your culinary skills to one of North America’s fastest growing hospitality companies – Concord Hospitality Enterprises. This position of hotel Cook means you’ll be tempting the palettes of our guests with your attention to detail in presentation, quality, and safe serving temperatures.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients (chopping, portioning, marinating, prepping sauces)
- Cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
- Set up and stock assigned station before service
- Maintain consistency, quality, and proper portioning of dishes
- Ensure food is cooked and plated in a timely manner during service
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines
- Keep the workstation clean, organized, and stocked throughout shifts
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to kitchen staff
- Properly store food and label items according to regulations
- Assist with kitchen opening and closing duties
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to maintain smooth service
