Concord Hospitality is seeking an Accounting Intern to support the Accounting Intern with daily, monthly, and annual accounting processes. This role ensures accurate financial records, timely processing, and adherence to company policies.
Key Responsibilities

Process and verify invoices for accuracy, coding, and approvals.

Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain organized AP records.

Maintain and reconcile bank accounts; report discrepancies.

Prepare sales, use, and occupancy tax returns.

Assist with period-end closings, financial reporting, and journal entries.

Generate monthly insurance billings.

Ensure compliance with SOPs and internal controls.

Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all financial records.

Support the team with ad-hoc accounting tasks as needed.
Qualifications

Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
