Concord Healthcare and Rehabilitation is looking to hire a full-time Maintenance Assistant in Lakewood NJ.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of prior maintenance experience in a nursing home is required.
  • Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • overall plant operations including interior and exterior maintenance
  • electrical/plumbing work
  • light construction
  • appliance installation
  • drywall patch/paint
  • coordinating scheduled service from outside vendors

Job Type:

  • Full time
  • Rotating weekends a possible

Experience:

  • nursing home Maintenance: 2 years (Required)

Work Location: In person

Salary : $34,067 - $43,530
