Responsibilities
- Assist with Associate Development and on-going projects
- Assist with planning associate engagement and wellness events
- Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends
- Collaborate with our Corporate Recruiting team to develop strategies for recruiting at local colleges and universities
- Prepare interview materials and assist with interview logistics
- Assist with the execution of intern programming and events during the summer
- Collaborate with our Corporate Marketing team with event execution and engagement
- Assist with other duties throughout the HR division as requested
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field
- Junior or senior standing preferred
- Ability to organize data, multi-task and make decisions independently
- Above average communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to resolve complex issues.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service mindset
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative
