What we need from you...
- Client Relationships - Build strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients and seek out potential new client relationships that align with Concord's portfolio. Work with clients to plan events such as groundbreakings, ribbon cutting, or client events and work closely with marketing on needs for the event.
- Subcontractor Outreach - Focus on building relationships with existing subcontractors and building new subcontractor relationships within Mohave County. Work with the estimating department to plan subcontractor outreach events that build trusted and collaborative relationships.
- Community Outreach - Represent the company in organizations, events, and community outreach programs. Lead or participate in community outreach events, charity events, and general community programs.
- Employee Owner Support - Visit jobsites regularly to show support to local Employee Owners, taking them donuts, lunch, etc. to promote a positive work environment. Provide administrative tasks such as collecting mail, accepting packages, and support tasks where the Mohave team may need assistance. Main point of contact for collecting technology needs for Mohave staff and ensure it is delivered to the appropriate Employee Owner. Support project team with miscellaneous paperwork and administrative tasks
