What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shipping Coordinator and C3 Scheduler position at Concord Foods LLC?
Concord Foods is looking for a Shipping Coordinator and C3 Scheduler. This individual is responsible for scheduling all shipments using C3 Platform for dock optimization while ensuring optimal communication with internal team members as well as drivers. He/She is also responsible for managing schedules, coordinating appointments, and ensuring efficient resource allocation.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to...
- Ensures all appointments are booked via C3.
- Confirms orders are sent to warehouse to meet C3 appointment requirements
- Provides training and support on C3 for internal staff members
- Reviews inventory and schedules intersite transfers
- Communicates with other Company locations and offsite storage facilities.
- Reviews orders in ERP systems
- Identifies, tracks and supports resolutionofinventory and shipping errors, problems, or delays.
- Keeps management informed of area activities and of any significant problems. Identifies problems and provides suggestions
- Scans BOL’s
Education/Certification: High school graduate or equivalent.
Experience Required: 3-5 Years Experience with shipping, receiving, and/or scheduling. C3 or similar scheduling software and/or ERP Systems
Skills/Abilities: Able to use related computer applications. Excel, Word, Outlook.
Well organized and attentive to detail.
Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Good communication skills.
