We are seeking an Entry-Level CAD/CAM Technician with a strong interest in working with 3D printers, CNC mills, and 3D scanners. Responsibilities:
- Learn to operate and maintain 3D printers, CNC mills, and 3D scanners to produce various dental products.
- Assist in converting physical models into digital 3D files for CAD technicians.
- Enter data accurately into digital systems.
- Collaborate with experienced technicians to work with different dental materials, such as plastics, resins, and ceramics, to fabricate precise products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve digital errors under the guidance of senior technicians.
- Occasionally utilize digital design software to assist in creating and modifying models and prototypes.
- Assist in machine maintenance and basic repairs to ensure smooth operation.
- Ensure precision and attention to detail in producing high-quality dental products.
Requirements:
- Strong interest in additive and subtractive manufacturing principles.
- Basic understanding of digital design software (e.g., Photoshop, Blender, or CAM software) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.

Job Details:
- 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
- All work to be performed exclusively on-site in Westford, MA.
- Benefits available after a 90-day probationary period include 2 weeks paid vacation plus 10 holidays, 401k matching, and health insurance.
