What are the responsibilities and job description for the Grounds Maintenance Staff position at Concord Country Club?
Concord Country Club is a private club located 25 miles west of Philadelphia. We are seeking part-time, seasonal employees with the opportunity to turn full-time for the right candidate. Our Grounds staff helps provide the best possible playing conditions to our members.
Upon hire, each applicant will be provided uniforms and hands-on training in all aspects of the Grounds Maintenance operation. We seek to employ those that are hard-working and eager to learn.
Salary: $17/hour with opportunity to grow (potential for full-time employment)
Grounds Crew duties include all aspects of landscaping in order to get the golf course prepared each day
Typical start time: 6:30 AM
Typical end time: 3:00 PM
- Employees will receive one 20 minute (paid) break during the day and a 30 minute (unpaid) lunch break
Requirements
● Opportunity for 40 hours per week until Thanksgiving (potential to become a year-long employee if performance is desirable)
● Must be able to work well with others and have a positive attitude
● Have reliable transportation to and from work
