What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cleaning Team Coordinator position at Concord Clean LLC?
Position Overview
The Cleaning Team Coordinator is responsible for overseeing our cleaning teams, employee training, quality control, and daily field operations. This position plays an important role in ensuring our employees are properly trained, supported, and equipped to consistently provide excellent service to our customers.
A major focus of this role is developing strong team leaders who can effectively train and support other cleaning employees. The coordinator will oversee the training process, develop trainers, and ensure employees are meeting company standards.
This is an active, hands-on leadership position, not strictly an office-based role. The ideal candidate will be someone who can manage multiple responsibilities, develop others, solve problems, and take ownership of results.
