About the role
We are looking for a ServiceNow Administrator to own day to day platform administration and keep integrations, change management, and deployments running clean. This is an onsite role in Omaha, Nebraska.
Only US Citizens or Permanent Residents / Green Card holders are eligible to apply for this position.
What you will do
- Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including users, roles, groups, and access control
- Build and support integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems
- Run change management on the platform, from request through approval to deployment
- Manage update sets and CI/CD pipelines across development, test, and production instances
- Configure forms, workflows, business rules, and notifications to match business requirements
- Monitor platform health, troubleshoot issues, and handle upgrades and patching
- Work with stakeholders to translate requirements into supportable platform configuration
What you need
- Hands-on ServiceNow platform administration experience
- Experience building and supporting ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server)
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow change management
- CI/CD experience, including update set and deployment pipeline management
- Strong troubleshooting skills and clear communication with technical and business stakeholders
- US Citizen or Permanent Resident status
Preferred experience
ITSM, FSM (Field Service Management), AppEngine, and Health & Safety modules. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is a plus.
