We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Executive Title Closer to manage and oversee real estate closing transactions from contract to completion. This role requires strong subject expertise in title insurance, escrow processes, and regulatory compliance, along with the ability to deliver a seamless closing experience for clients, agents, and lenders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage residential and/or commercial and new construction real estate closings from start to finish
- Review title commitments, resolve title issues, and ensure clear title is conveyed
- Prepare and review closing documents, settlement statements, and disclosures
- Communicate with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, to ensure timely closings
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Balance escrow accounts and disburse funds accurately
- Handle complex or high-value transactions with a high level of professionalism
- Assist team with process improvements when needed
- Close and sign the documents with clients
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in title closing, escrow, or real estate transactions
- Strong understanding of title insurance policies and closing procedures
- Knowledge of relevant regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience as a Licensed Closing Agent
- Experience with complex or commercial transactions
- Management, Leadership or mentoring experience
