Concierge Speech Birmingham is a growing mobile speech-language pathology practice serving clients across the Birmingham area. We bring high-quality, personalized speech therapy directly to our clients in their homes, schools, daycares, and community settings. We're a small, clinician-led practice that genuinely invests in the people on our team.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a licensed, ASHA-certified Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in a part-time capacity, with the potential to grow into a full-time role. This position is ideal for an experienced SLP who values flexibility, autonomy, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with clients and families without the constraints of a clinic or school system.

You'll work with a pediatric caseload across all age ranges, from early intervention through school age, in home and community settings throughout Birmingham.

What You'll Do

• Provide speech-language therapy services to pediatric clients (all ages) in home, school, daycare, and community settings throughout Birmingham
• Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans and plans of care, and deliver evidence-based intervention
• Complete treatment notes and documentation accurately and on time in our EMR system (Jane)
• Maintain consistent communication with families and the practice owner
• Build and maintain a caseload with support from the practice

Requirements

• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Current Alabama ABESPA license in good standing required
• Pediatric experience required, comfortable working across all age ranges
• Comfortable working independently in home, school, and community settings
• Reliable transportation and valid Alabama driver's license
• Strong documentation habits and ability to meet weekly note deadlines
• Self-motivated, professional, and able to represent the practice in client homes and schools

Specialty Experience — A Plus But Not Required

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience or training in one or more of the following areas:

• Pediatric feeding disorders
• Gestalt Language Processing (GLP) and AAC
• Orofacial myofunctional therapy (OMT)
