We are seeking an experienced, polished and service-driven Front Desk Concierge to join our team at a luxury residential property. Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet residents, guests and vendors with professionalism and hospitality
- Control access and screen individuals entering the building
- Manage multi-line telephone systems and respond to inquiries
- Accurately log and track packages
- Enter and monitor maintenance requests
- Document and report incidents in daily shift logs
- Monitor security cameras and maintain building awareness
- Provide administrative support to the property management team
- Maintain a clean, organized and professional front desk environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of customer service experience (concierge, hospitality, or front desk preferred)
- Experience in luxury residential or corporate environments strongly preferred
- Proficient with BuildingLink (required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate computer and office systems proficiency
- Professional appearance, demeanor and attitude at all times
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation
- Team-oriented with a positive and service focused mindset
Schedule:
- 5-Hour Shifts Available
- Day and Evening Shifts
- Weekends and Holidays as Needed
- 20-40 Hours Per Week
Education:
- High School or equivalent (required)
- Some college coursework (preferred)
Location:
- Northern Virginia
- Must be able to relocate to Washington DC area prior to start.
