Mobile CNA / Medical Assistant — Post-Op Recovery Support
Location: Draper, Utah and surrounding areas

Concierge Nurse Services is expanding to Utah, and we are looking for exceptional CNAs, Medical Assistants, and experienced care providers to help us launch our post-operative recovery support team in the Draper and greater Salt Lake area.
Concierge Nurse Services is a highly trusted concierge nursing and wellness company based in the greater Seattle area. In Seattle, we have built a strong reputation as the go-to private care team for cosmetic surgery recovery, post-operative nursing, IV therapy, in-home care, and elevated recovery support.
Now, we are bringing that same standard to Utah.
Important Schedule Note
This is a sporadic, as-needed 1099 role with no guaranteed hours, shifts, or weekly schedule.
Because CNS is just beginning to launch in Utah, work will likely be very minimal in the beginning while we build relationships with local surgeons, surgery centers, and post-op clients.
This role is not appropriate for someone seeking consistent employment, full-time hours, part-time guaranteed hours, or dependable weekly income. It is best suited for someone who already has another job, has a flexible schedule, or is excited to join CNS early as we grow this new market.
About the Role
Our CNA / Medical Assistant team provides private, one-on-one post-operative support in client homes, hotels, and Airbnb locations. Many clients are recovering from procedures such as mommy makeovers, tummy tucks, liposuction, breast surgery, facelifts, and other cosmetic procedures.
This role is ideal for someone who is warm, polished, dependable, and comfortable helping clients during a vulnerable recovery period.
Post-operative experience is preferred, but we are also open to strong candidates with home care, medical assistant, patient care tech, caregiving, CNA, surgical center, or direct patient care experience.
Responsibilities May Include
Transporting patients IN YOUR OWN VEHICLE home from their procedure.
Assisting clients with safe ambulation, toileting, hygiene, dressing, positioning, and comfort needs
Helping clients get settled safely after surgery in their home, hotel, or Airbnb
Preparing light snacks, fluids, and simple recovery-friendly meals as needed
Providing medication reminders as directed by the care plan
Assisting with compression garments, mobility support, and basic personal care within scope
Observing and reporting concerns such as increased pain, dizziness, nausea, bleeding, swelling, shortness of breath, confusion, or other changes
Communicating clearly with CNS leadership, the assigned RN, the client, and family members when needed
Completing accurate and timely documentation after each shift
Representing CNS with professionalism, discretion, warmth, and excellent customer service
Ideal Qualifications
Active Utah CNA certification, Medical Assistant.
Post-operative, surgical center, home care, caregiving, patient care tech, or medical assistant experience preferred
Comfortable working with cosmetic surgery and post-operative recovery clients
Professional, polished, warm, and reliable
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working independently in homes, hotels, and Airbnb settings
Reliable transportation
Ability to maintain client privacy and confidentiality
Comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor
