Outside Sales Representative - In-Home Flooring Sales Representative

Concierge Flooring is experiencing phenomenal growth in the @ Home Sales Market. This amazing growth has created a new opportunity to expand by adding an Residential Outside Sales Representative (Shop @ Home Sales) to join our growing sales team in the greater Detroit Metro area. As an Residential Outside Sales Representative (Shop @ Home Sales) you will be responsible for contacting customers, setting appointments through our pre-qualified lead process, and conduct direct sales calls at our customer’s homes with our Mobile Showroom. Our leads have expressed interest in our products. There is NO COLD CALLING!

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in-home sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of various residential flooring products such as carpeting, hardwood, laminate, etc. preferred.
• Excellent customer service and consultative sales experience; must have excellent rapport building skills
• Strong ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with various stakeholders (customers, managers, etc.)
• Must have a hands-on approach including producing your own bids and the ability to measure your own jobs; to sell the entire job from start to finish
• Computer skills including MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Flexibility in a rapidly changing work environment
• Ability to work independently and be a self-starter as well as a work in a team environment
