What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Hygienist position at Concierge Dental Group PLLC?
✦ Dental Hygienist (RDH) — Concierge Dental Group ✦
📍 Clarence
Because Concierge Dental Group is the practice where hygienists stop moving. Our longest-tenured clinicians have built six-plus-year careers here — not by hopping practices every two years, but by staying.
🦷 Who we are
Dentist-founded, owner-operated, and proudly local — five Western New York offices, not a corporate chain. We’re modern and fully digital: AI-assisted diagnostics, digital x-rays, intraoral cameras, the equipment you should have. And we have a team with real personality — high standards, zero stuffiness. 😄
Tell us which office is closest to home — cross-train and cover a sister office if you want the variety, or stay close to where you live.
🌟 What working here actually looks like
We’re a growing five-location group intentionally building one cohesive team across all of our offices. This past year we brought in dedicated executive leadership focused on team development, communication, and how our offices work together. We’re not done. We’re still building. If you’d rather help build something than arrive somewhere already finished — we’d like to meet you.
