This role focuses on developing and executing recruitment strategies to meet enrollment goals for clinical trials. Responsibilities include engaging potential participants, conducting pre-screening interviews, managing outreach efforts, and ensuring compliance with FDA, GCP, and IRB regulations. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, experience in clinical research or patient recruitment, and the ability to build community partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years in clinical research or patient recruitment
- Knowledge of HIPAA and regulatory compliance
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
