Qualifications:
We’re looking for a passionate, driven individual who is committed to supporting seniors in the community and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with referral sources.
- Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
- Oversee a sales territory and maintain an organized contact database.
- Build and nurture relationships with both new and existing accounts.
- Confidently deliver presentations to physicians and healthcare professionals.
- Provide exceptional and consistent customer service.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Conduct outreach to Assisted Living Facilities, Skilled Nursing Homes, Hospitals, Physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and develop new market opportunities.
- Utilize innovative strategies to grow and maintain the customer base.
- Engage in community outreach activities, including presentations, exhibits, and one-on-one interactions with community groups, as well as coordinate special events.
- Foster open communication with clinical operations staff to promote a collaborative, team-oriented work environment.
Job Requirements:
- Established network of contacts and strong relationships within the healthcare industry is preferred.
- Must be customer-focused, persistent, and confident in presenting services to healthcare professionals.
- Existing relations are a plus!
- Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience.
- Valid state driver’s license and automobile insurance required.
