Job Summary and Qualifications
The Rehabilitation Services Manager has the total management responsibility of the specific service area with 24 hour accountability. You will be responsible for major functions which include assessing, planning, organizing, staffing, directing, evaluating, coordinating, reporting and budgeting. As Manager, you may assume Director functions for designated periods of time in the Director’s absence. You will render clinical care to patients within your field of specialty, as necessary.
· You will supervise the employees within their area of responsibility.
· You will monitor staff productivity and compliance with policies and procedures.
· You will oversee and/or complete department administrative duties.
· You will be responsible for the efficient operation of the department and optimum use of resources to maximize productivity and minimize costs.
What qualifications you will need:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical/Occupational Therapy, or Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology.
- 3-5 years of management/supervisory experience.
