What You’ll Do
- Lead daily office operations with a sharp focus on quality, customer service, and growth
- Onboard and support new caregivers (you set the tone)
- Maintain compliance with client charts and documentation
- Actively participate in community events and outreach
- Help shape and improve processes as we grow (your ideas matter here)
- Be a trusted point of contact for clients, families, and caregivers
Who You Are
- Highly motivated and self-driven, you don’t wait to be told what to do
- Purpose-led and genuinely passionate about serving others
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
- A strong communicator who builds trust quickly
- Prior healthcare experience is preferred, but not required
