Concho Valley Construction is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to support our construction team. This position focuses on maintaining accurate project documentation, tracking information across multiple jobs, and ensuring project records remain organized and up to date.
Responsibilities
- Maintain organized project files, documents, and job records
- Enter and maintain project data using Google Sheets and internal systems
- Track invoices, purchase orders, and job-related expenses
- Assist with change order documentation and project records
- Track permits, lien waivers, and other project paperwork
- Prepare reports and assist with internal project updates
- Provide administrative support to the construction team
Qualifications
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience working with Google Sheets or Excel
- Strong data entry and record management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and keep information organized
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, documents, and digital files
Preferred Experience
- Administrative or office experience
- Construction or real estate office experience
- Experience managing invoices, documents, or project files
