Hospice Marketing/Executive Director - Brownsville Area
Concho Hearts Hospice is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Hospice Marketing/Executive Director to join our team in the Brownsville area.

About the Role:
As an Executive Director/Marketing Leader, you will have the opportunity to build your team, grow referral partnerships, and lead a hospice location with the support of an experienced leadership team. This role blends leadership, business development, and a heart for people.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow referral partnerships throughout the community.
- Serve as the face of Concho Hearts Hospice in your service area.
- Visit providers, facilities, and community partners to share our mission.
- Lead educational in-services and outreach events.
- Help families understand hospice services and expectations.
- Collaborate closely with the clinical team to ensure smooth care transitions. Support the growth and success of your location through strong leadership.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of hospice experience required (marketing, leadership, or operations).
- Hospice and/or home health marketing experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities. A heart for serving patients and families.
