What You’ll Do
- Provide compassionate personal care to hospice patients in their homes or care facilities
- Assist with daily living activities while ensuring patient comfort and dignity
- Observe and report patient condition changes to the nursing team
- Document care and communicate with the interdisciplinary hospice team
- Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families
Smaller patient assignments allow you to spend meaningful time with each patient.
