What are the responsibilities and job description for the Member Services Representative position at Concho Educators Federal Credit Union?
- Open/close accounts, term-share certificates and renewals, and IRA’s;
- Cross-selling of credit union’s products such as loans, credit cards, debit cards, etc.
- Maintaining of credit union check supplies and other member service supplies
- Responsible for preparing monthly membership reports; maintaining and balancing membership records, safe deposit box records, and yearly safe deposit box billings and payment record keeping
- Maintaining the US Savings Bond Program
- Help resolve member’s issues; research transactions and balance conflicts
- Back-up Tellers and other Member Service Representatives
Special Skills: Typing, ten-key, adding machine, computer skills, interpersonal skills, supervisory skills, Bilingual preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
