Location: Austin, TX & Sunnyvale, CA (Onsite)
Duration: Full-time
Job Description:
- Looking for an onsite Voice Platform Engineer with strong hands-on experience in FreeSWITCH or Kamailio for managing and enhancing enterprise voice/VoIP platforms.
- Must have solid expertise in SIP, RTP, call routing, dial plans, troubleshooting call quality/signaling issues, and production support in high-availability environments.
- Strong programming skills in C with experience in debugging, performance optimization, and integrating telecom/voice applications with backend systems.
- Experience in Linux, shell scripting, monitoring tools, and working directly with customer teams in onsite delivery roles is preferred.
- Look for 7 years of overall experience, including a minimum of 4-5 years in SIP and C
