Job Description: Accountant
Reports to: Director of Accounting
Overview:
As the Accountant, you will support the accounting and administrative functions related to audit, tax and month end close and account reconciliations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead external information initiatives related to audit, tax and banking.
- Perform tasks and provide support related to month-end and year-end closing.
- Lead quarterly internal audit of income statement and balance sheet.
- Analyze monthly collateral borrowing base for open lines of credit.
- Prepare and maintain financial records and reports.
- Continuous process improvement, create efficiencies and enhance current processes.
- Perform necessary account reconciliations
- Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- 2 years of experience in general ledger accounting and/or audit & Tax
- Healthcare industry experience preferred but not required.
- Experience with multiple state entities preferred but not required.
- Proficient knowledge of GAAP
- Detail oriented, ability to multi-task.
- Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment.
- Experience with ERP systems - NetSuite preferred but not required.
Salary Range $65,000 - $75,000
