Role Summary

ConcertAI is seeking an accomplished Vice President of Sales to lead our Accelerated Clinical Trials (ACT) sales. This executive will drive growth across our AI-powered patient matching, clinical trial optimization, and precision trials offerings—solutions that are transforming how life sciences organizations design, operationalize, and execute clinical research.


As a senior commercial leader, you will shape go-to-market strategy, build and scale a world-class sales team, and foster deep partnerships across enterprise level life science companies. You will be a thought leader who understands how AI, data, and technology can accelerate drug development, optimize site performance, and bring clinical trials closer to patients.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive adoption and revenue growth for ACT solutions.
  • Define market segmentation, pipeline development, and forecasting processes.
  • Own enterprise-level relationships with enterprise life science companies
  • Serve as an industry-facing expert on AI-enabled trial transformation—demonstrating deep understanding of clinical operations, clinical development, and the challenges of patient recruitment and retention.
  • Partner with customers to define digital transformation roadmaps that leverage ConcertAI’s ACT platform and advanced data and AI capabilities.
  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team with a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Scientific teams to align market needs with solution development.
  • Partner with executive leadership to refine pricing, partnership models, and enterprise contracting strategy.
  • Drive consistent quota achievement and sustainable long-term growth.
  • Establish trusted C-level relationships to expand customer partnerships and renewals.
  • Ensure alignment between sales execution and customer outcomes.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 15 years of commercial experience in life sciences technology, clinical research, or healthcare data solutions, with at least 5 years in an executive leadership role.
  • Proven success leading enterprise sales for AI, clinical trial, or data-driven platforms.
  • Deep understanding of clinical operations and development workflows, including site feasibility, patient matching, protocol design, and study execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale sales organizations that exceed growth targets.
  • Strong network within top global pharmaceutical companies, CROs, and clinical research organizations.


Exceptional communication and executive presence, capable of engaging from Clinical Operations to the C-suite.
