SUMMARY
Plans and coordinates activities of designated jobs to ensure that goals or objectives of the jobs are accomplished within prescribed timeframe and parameters by performing the following duties personally.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manages individual projects implementing processes and procedures to execute them efficiently and effectively.
2. Analyzes project data and inputs into COPS (company database).
3. Plans, executes, and finalizes jobs according to deadlines.
4. Utilizing time management tools and techniques to maintain productivity, call volume, written communication and adjusting priorities as needed.
5. Provides superior customer service.
6. Responds promptly to customers, team members, and management.
7. Actively contributes to team discussions, sharing relevant information, and providing support to others when needed.
8. Demonstrate a commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and respectful team culture.
9. Utilize effective communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
10. Performs other duties as assigned.
