Senior Network Engineer
Position Summary
We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and support of our enterprise network infrastructure. This role will serve as a technical expert across networking and security, driving performance, scalability, and reliability across a multi-site, global environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support enterprise network solutions (routing, switching, firewalls, SD-WAN, wireless)
- Act as an escalation point for complex network issues and lead root cause analysis
- Optimize network performance, availability, and security across multiple datacenters and locations
- Identify risks and implement solutions to eliminate single points of failure
- Monitor network health and provide performance insights and recommendations
- Lead infrastructure upgrades, standardization, and automation efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to IT strategy and roadmap
- Mentor junior team members and promote best practices
Qualifications
- 7 years of enterprise network engineering experience
- CCNA required; CCNP or higher preferred
- Strong experience with Cisco technologies (Catalyst, Nexus, ISE, WLC, DNA Center, ThousandEyes)
- Deep knowledge of networking protocols (BGP, OSPF, QoS, HSRP, NAT, ACLs)
- Experience with multi-site, multi-datacenter environments and SD-WAN
- Strong troubleshooting and Cisco CLI expertise
- Experience with Aruba networking technologies is highly preferred
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
