About the Role
We’re seeking a forward-thinking Junior AI Engineer to help transform how we deliver hospitality experiences through data and automation. In this role, you’ll develop AI-driven copilots and workflow agents using Microsoft Copilot and the Power Platform to streamline guest services, enhance operations, and support data-driven decision-making across our properties. You’ll collaborate with technology, operations, and guest experience teams to bring intelligent automation to life in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, test, and maintain AI-powered copilots and automation agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and related tools.
- Work with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Integrate AI workflows with enterprise data systems (e.g., Power BI, Azure Data Lake, SQL, or ERP systems).
- Support data preparation, transformation, and modeling efforts for analytics and AI use cases.
- Document processes, develop reusable components, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and optimize AI model and agent performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in data analytics, AI engineering, or automation development.
- Experience building and deploying copilots or chat-based automation agents with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, or Azure OpenAI Services.
- Understanding of APIs, data connectivity, and enterprise system integrations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, especially when collaborating across technical and non-technical teams.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Power BI, Databricks, and Azure Data Services.
- Exposure to machine learning, prompt engineering, or natural language processing concepts.
- Interest in improving guest experiences through technology and operational innovation.
