Accountant

The Accountant will apply accounting principles to prepare financial reports, compile financial information, analyze financial data, and ensure financial compliance. They are also responsible for the month-end close processes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the monthly accounting close for all entities.
• Prepare financial and budget-to-actual reports for investors, funders and internal purposes.
• Assists with the annual financial statement audits.
• Record financial transactions through multiple sources including:
  • accounts payable
  • accounts receivable
  • bank activity
  • credit cards
  • purchase orders
• Maintain client accounts.
• Special projects as needed.
• Remain current with all Agency required compliance documents and trainings.

Salary: $65,000 - $70,000
